This is an informative website. We keep data to a minimum, and nothing is measured about your visit unless you agree to it first.

Only what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form we receive your name, organisation, email, country and message. We do not create accounts, we do not build a marketing database and we do not buy in data about you.
Purely to read and reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not send marketing without your consent.
We use Google Analytics to understand how this website performs, such as how many people visit and which pages they read. It is switched off when you arrive. Nothing is set and nothing is collected unless you press Accept on the cookie notice, and you can decline without losing any part of the site. If you accept, it sets a cookie and collects technical and usage information such as your approximate location, device and browser. We use that only in aggregate to improve the site, your internet address is anonymised, and we do not use it to identify you. The only personal information we actively collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form. The page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your internet address only so it can deliver the fonts, and a message sent through the contact form is passed to us by the form service FormSubmit.
We keep an enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with you, then we delete it.
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email info@orbiqspace.com. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
